I have a 1993 Honda Civic LX Sedan, it is equipped with a D15B7 engine. Problem is i removed the throttle body and fully cleaned it with carb and choke cleaner. The throttle body gasket ripped whiel taking it out, and when i put it back on my idle went from 750 to about 2000. I then bought a new throttle body gasket and accidently sprayed a lot of carb and choke cleaner inside of my intake manifold. Now my engine bogs at startups, and needs to be revved a couple times before it runs smoothly, and my idle is still at 1500. What can i do to get it to start right up again, and to put the idle back to 750?
