Default 94 GS-R 4 Door Build Thread

I'm new to the website. I wanted to make a build thread for my current project. I picked up this car this past summer in Dallas, TX. It's 94 GS-R Integra with 136,xxx miles. The car was mainly stock. Came with some 5zigen wheels, cut H&R springs, Blox velocity stack and 98 front end with lip.

I had to ditch the cut springs. I picked up this set up for a good price to get me by. Blox lowering springs, Blox lca, and Beaks tie bar.

I was never a big fan of the JDM front end conversions but I found a great deal on this one. I couldn't pass it up.

After a night of work it was on there. Perfect fit. My hood actually shuts easy now.

Here's a picture from a local meet.

I picked up a set of Volk TE37's to rock for awhile.

Did a few small things to the interior. Broadway mirror, SiR-G steering wheel, PWJDM shift boot and a Pioneer indash.

I switched up the suspension again. Still the blox springs, but now with Tokico struts. JDM lower control arms, white Beaks bar, and Blox rear camber kit.

Somewhere along the way I threw on a JDM spec ITR header and JG Edelbrock intake manifold to go along with ACT clutch kit. This is when I was test fitting my freshly powdercoated Mugen valve cover.

How did you fit the header since it's 2.5in on the collector?

Thanks! This was about 3-4 months into having the car. I have a lot more updates to post.
As for the 98 front end I already got rid of it. Sorry man.

I used an aftermarket test pipe to take in place of the cat.

I recently pulled the swap out for a rebuild.

Here is the shell sitting on some Sparco NSII Speeder wheels.

My ITR cluster. Just checking to make sure it all works.

The car is torn down right now. The interior is all out. I'm dying the carpet this week and cleaning everything very good. I picked up a few goodies over the weekend. My head is at the machine shop. I ditched the old GSR head for a B16 head. It's getting a full port and polish, 5 angle valve job and getting decked. The head consists of Brian Crower stage 3 cams, Crower valve springs and retainers, Supertech flat face valves, ported Blox intake manifold, Blox 68mm throttlebody, and AEM fuel rail. I still plan on retaining powersteering and air conditioning.
Here's a few random pictures.

Why ditched the GSR head over B16? What pistons/compression?

My original plan was to get my GSR head machined but I'm trying to speed up the process. My buddy who is doing all my machine work had a B16 head he's been working on laying around. I just ended up trading him. As for pistons and compression, I'm going with some oversized ITR pistons. Do you think I will be making high enough compression? I plan on running E85.

I know how that goes.

I didn't get much done today. I cleaned up the bay, AC components, and some random brackets. I also picked up some new bolts from a local hardware store for the body. I should be putting that back together soon. The heads coming along nicely.

I really don't have experience with e85 and crower 3's but with the JDM OS pistons, you should be around 11:1CR with a B16 head.

Is there really any need to run e85 on 81.5 pistons and 11:1 compression?

Yeah that's what I was looking at. I really can't decide from the ITR or CTR. I'm leaning toward the P73's. I can always have the head milled and run a cosmetic head gasket. Does anyone get on zealautowerks.com? Is it accurate?

I plan on bumping of the compression.

Didn't you milled the head .30? How much is that in layman terms?
