SI SYMBOL OR NOT?
I have a 97 civic ex that has been fully rebuilt. jdm motor, stage 3 clutch, dc header, camber kit, sway bar etc. it has si cluster 2 piece rotors etc. the only thing i have not done is changed the rear drum brakes to disk. other than that is is si. so should i put the si symbol on the car or not?

lol figured the stolen comment would come. I mean deserve it by switching all of the stock ex parts to si parts and gsr parts.. and im not asking what i can and cant do just asking opinions
If you feel that it's close enough to an Si to deserve the badge then put it on! You built your car for yourself. I personally wouldn't, I'd take off all the badges altogether but that's just me
That is exactly what you are doing and the fail comes from that fact that 1) you even asked the question and 2) that you think your car is an SI and 3) that you even care what other people think.
The day that a fairy comes along and changes your vin number so it contains "em1" is the day you can put that badge on. As of now it isn't an si at all. It isn't even the right year.
Actually if you want to be technical you can get a Canadian Si badge which is chrome like the EX badge, since the Canadian Si is the EJ8/EX.
That's the ONLY way I'd consider doing it, and the least ricey way of going about it.

Are you Effin Serious ?
No Bro, It's a Ex leave it an ex.
Thats like saying theres a Flat chested Chick name Megan. And then the next day she has some 38D. You can't just call her Ginger or Briana or whatever.
And Plus that could be illegal

Cloning a $10,000 car is funny.

He tells me a lady cop pulls him over and says "Well you have honda signs on your acura, and they aren't illegal but I wanted to give you warning." If they aren't illegal, why the **** are you wasting your time pulling over the car? I thought it was pretty ignorant of her but yeah, and this of course happened in the bay area. The end.
