im only bumping this thread cause im posting a reply. you people really need to do a search. its like doing ****ing homework. you cant just ask for the answers. i personally have made a thread about my personal power window conversion.

if youve already got the doors on then this is all youll need to hookup and saas, youll have full working power windows and door locks in your hatch

I saw ur thread read everything but if u read I put on top I don't wanna cut or do all that my question was would it work if I just take the inside harness from the ex n put it on the hatch will it work
are you seriously gonna take out the dash just to install this power harness? the power accessory harness is a completely separate wiring harness from teh main one.

^^yea there both 5 speed
^^so that harness is the one that goes from
Firewall to fuse Box to both doors to ecu
To fuse box inside to main relay to sunroof
That's the one I need to get right

Be prepared for an arduous task, though, OP. It's not a walk in the park. Also you will need to add wiring for your rear wiper/washer if you have one and still want it to work.
It actually goes from your P/S headlight to firewall to ecu to p/s door and across to fuse box and d/s door and to steering column & combination switches. I've pulled a couple, I know. Moonroof harness is separate.
Exactly. I've also pulled a few of them. It's time consuming, and require pulling large portions of your car apart. But it's not particularly hard, just time consuming.
by the way hes stating his replies, hes making it seem like he doesnt even want to separate the power harness from the ex main dash harness. thats why i replied with what i did.
to the op: your making it a lot harder than it really has to be. just get yourselft an ex main dash harness, separate the power harness from the main dash harness using the step by step picture included link i posted on here and be sure to get the driver side pigtail that plugs to the fuse box and also connects to the passenger side pigtail. at the end of the day you should have some thing that looks like this

if you look at the pic, the big fat black plugs are the plugs for each door, the big grey plug in the middle of the pic thats kind of hiding under part of the harness is where the driver and passenger harness plug into eachother. the pale green plug just above that is what connects to the back of the fuse box.
if you need any more help with this just ask but youre turning something simple into a big ol task. ive done this swap at least 6 times in the past year and a half because once everybody saw my hatch with the pd/pw/pl they all wanted it too.

Idk what to do lol I know this one guy that just connect them to the fuse box with his owen wires does that work good too or should I just go with the short harness or the complete harness
omfg just seperate the wiring for the power options from the stock ex harness like kyosoeg6 said to do. that way you have the least likelyhood of gremlims down the road as apposed to just ghetto hacking it. i did this conversion in my hatch n just made a seperate harness for the windows and mirrors and everything works great.
