96 accord ex with obd1 jdm h22 misfiring
so here is my setup 96 accord ex with obd1 jdm h22 obd1 p13 via conversion harness...the car is running Great vtech is kicking in hard
but the problem i am having is when i plug the obd2 accord ecu p0h...its drive fine but i am getting the cel regarding all cyl misfiring, radom misfiring, multiple misfiring, i can only go below 55mph..because of the cel i was fail at the emission station.
so here in boise idaho all they do is plug in the obd2 wire at the port n check to see if there is any cel if not then you are pass...
so i am assuming because obd2 accord and prelude has ckp n tdc in oilpump correct me if i am wrong.. but the four wire are wired up in the obd1 dizzy correctly and running fine..could this be because the teeth in cam n crank are different so obd2 computer is detecting the different pulse in signal?
so i am thinking about using p5m ecu so is there things i need to change up such as injector to make the obd2 ecu happy? anyways i really need to pass emission any suggestion will be greatly appreciated...

so there is no other way around it ? is there a way to wire the dizzy to act like obd2? cant do ckf bypass cuz there is no c1 n c11...i am sure there must be a way to bypass this just like ckf to make the obd2 ecu think that its gettin the same pulse....come on someone...
