My car has NEVER had distributor O rings, so it always leaked. I have some o rings lying around but not sure which are the right ones. I have uploaded a picture and labeled A and B, can anybody point me to where o rings or gaskets are needed? There is no gasket required between the distributor and the block? Any help is very greatly appreciated. Thanks.

A is a washer
B is the o-ring
C is the shaft seal buried inside the dist

 

So then:

Arrow A: No O ring or gasket needed here.

Arrow B: O-ring is needed here.

C: I would need to take the distributor cap off to check this??

Did I get it right?
