and theres really not many houses available for rent with a garage
1 or 2 br
with garage and parking for 2-3 more cars
in 800-1000 price range.

or if you saw one driving by or know someone that is renting please send me a PM or reply.

i ve been scouting craigslist and driving around the street looking but havent found any.

 

you're not going to find that in that price range.
My wife and I are looking to move out into either a townhouse or house with the same your looking for, and out range is 1200 and there still is barelly anything. A townhouse is your best bet but their almost as hard to find as a house. Also your going to want to realize that you probably won't find a 1 bedroom with parking for 2-3 cars. Maybe 2 but most likely not 3, mainly because you don't have 3 licensed drivers in a one bedroom.
either look farther north or make more money

 

i know. lol i found few up north. but not many south of lynnwood.
but i know there are some pop up once in a while thats what im looking for.

 

there was one for 11 with a 3 car garage buts its old in on the corner of 164th and 52nd i think

 

some apartments rent out garages ?
