zero spark
ok so ive figured out alot of my dpfi to mpfi probs through process of elimination
but as of now i am getting no spark, I was a week ago when i had it running on the mpfi setup, it just ran like crap lol.
its throwing 0 codes
the dizzy is BRAND NEW, so that writes out the icm and coil
the plugs are in good shape as well as the wires rotor and button are ok
i have all of my wires pinned correctly (had a friend double check)
my ecu is good it comes on throws a blink at startup, dtc light goes on and off
main relay clicks at aux position
cam spins and timing belt is good
timing is set correctly
checked fuses
im simply getting no spark
to be honest i dont believe im getting sufficient power from the ecu to the dizzy, but i wanted to see if ive overlooked anything else

Are you checking just one wire for spark or all of them?
For kicks take a set of jumper cables and clip one cable to a leg on the dizzy and the other end clip to the negative pole on the battery. That will 100% prove out your grounds being good or not.
If that doesn't work then your wiring to ECU is not right (assuming your cap, rotor, plug wires are all good).

ok so heres whats up, after replacing the coil cap rotor wires and plugs still no spark . I tested the ohms and volts on the coil wires (yel/green, blk/yel). One is supposed to serve as a negative wire and the other a positive(blk/yel is positive). Both tested as + energy, so somewhere my wiring has been crossed to reverse the polarity on it. Ive traced both wires back to the cabin, and came up with nothing. I think that my friend that came to repin the ecu plugs for me repinned something wrong because it was sparking before he did such but through like 8 codes. It throws none now, and gets no spark. Im going to recheck the pins tomorrow, this is like my last hope for this car, everything else has been checked and or replaced.
Yeah I am doing the same thing with giving up. Going to bolt the suspension up and let it rust away. Going to take a while tho since its rust free lol.
