97 honda civic auto jerks

97 honda civic automatic starts too jerks when driving and speedometer needle starts to jump i think it the trans or torque converter engine is a jdm
d15a would like people imput please help

Is 7.5A dash fuse 15 blown?

The trany runs good in d3,d2 but d4 it makes a hard clank sound I check the fuse thanks I reply soon
