u need to get a helms, do a search.

its basically

release the pressure to the rail, unbolt the rail, take the fuel line off.
remove the rail swithc injectors, dont' forget the orings and bolt back on.

 

-pull your fuel pump fuse out
-crank the car over a few times to clear the lines
-unbolt the fuel line from the rail
-unbolt the two bolts holding the rail down(this is on a D16, dunno about a b18c)
-pull injectors out
-coat the new orings w/ a small amount of motor oil
-push the new ones in

 

the new clips will also have to be put in.. soldering is the best option
