Default CTR tranny in a 97 GSR VSS problem

Hello,

i swapped a CTR transmission in my 97 GSR running 205-50-16 wheels.

having a problem with the speed being way off. i tried using the CTR VSS and the GSR VSS both are off but the CTR one is closer to it.

the speedometer reads pretty off, at 35 it'll say 40mph. and higher speeds it'll be insanely off, like 100 would be lik 87 or something. i think i went 130mph and my friend was going 100-110mph. anyone know how to fix this? i was thinking maybe trying a type r vss, but would like some advice/clarity b4 i start spending money. also heard the B16A hydro VSS may work? can any one confirm these?
