ls tranny or si tranny

which one of these trannys do you guys prefer on a b16a motor. si, ls or gsr. i want the car to be setup for daily use, but at the same time i want to be able to go to the track and get some pretty good times.

b16 for all motor and bolt on turbo, LS for built turbo setup
