Default taking out power steering and a/c

i have a ek with jdm itr motor.. it has working a/c and power steering.. the more i drive the car the more i feel a need for extra hp.. so by taking those things out will i notice a increase in power? i know it probably wont make a big difference. How easy is it to take out power steering and a/c? can someone run through it roughly... thanks

Removing the a/c has the benefit of weight-loss, not power gain. You can remove the p/s belt and gain around 4whp. Removing both SYSTEMS will take you anywhere from 3 hours to a day depending on skill level.

Jason-
who is happy he removed both, but is not sure he'll say the same after his first enduro
