The carsound is a good choice. Seems to flow well, make my car sound kind of tinny though. They hold up allot better than the random tech cats though.

i know for the racing series I contemplated, they used Carsound cats as SPEC meaning all the cars had to have them. Speaking to the founder of the series 3 years later, even with the excessive heat from rotary engines, those cats were holding up...and still passing smog (being street legal and registered was a requirement for the series (spec rx7)). It also seems Carsound is alot cheaper than Random Techs too (I remember something like $105 vs. $280-350 for my app).

CATSOUND's Cat doesnt come with O2 sensor slot I think, while random does.
You a friendly reminder..
and btw dont get those test pipe..tickey tickey
I got a High flow cat from my fd's shop.
He give it to me pretty much free.
I DIY that sh)t at my garage.
it sound like crap at first, but i doesn break-in alittle
and sounds deeper like my old tone.
fu(k, you'll need to bypass the 02 if you have a sensor on OEM CAT.
Good luck and get ready to smell burning..burning..burning something everyday..
alittle bit of course.
