93 Accord w/ H22 swap won't start?
So I have a 93 accord, with a h22a swap done. I had to replace the coil in the distributor, along with the cap and rotor.... it has ran great for the past two months, but now it will not start at all. I checked the rotor and my plugs everything seems good. I belive I need a new distributor, but not sure on whta one it is I think the one on my car is wrong.......any ideas???
Have you confirmed whether or not you're getting spark at the plugs? Try cranking it for 10 seconds or so and see if the Check Engine light comes on. If it does then at least you've got a code to help you diagnose it
check if you have spark. If you dont, go grab a multimeter and test the points for your coil and igniter. If either of those are out then replace your distributor. Its a pain in the *** to replace just one piece.
I know you said it had been starting fine before, but check your grounds just in case something happened there. I've heard of multiple situations where the car started fine after the swap, but down the road they realized they missed a ground or it had to be sanded down or something like that.
Well no spark to the plugs, and the coil is toast.....so I am going to order a new distributor, just hope that the reason its doing this is not because its the wrong one....do you think thats a posibility?

TD-60U is an internal distributor for h22
You can get them for 100 or less on ebay.
Since you have a 93 accord yours should be external so you'd need a TD-61U
Depends how you wire up the external to the JDM Internal Distributor. That can be why it isn't workin but what confuses me though is that you said it was running fine before.
ya it was runnin fine, even out racing.....it was already set up when I got it I mean it had the internal one on it, not sure exactly how it is put together not really that educated on hondas yet. I can upload some pics and have you take a look if that works?
k so I figured it out, it was the distributor.....it came apart on the inside the bearings were just laying inside of it, ordered a new one hope thats all that was wrong with it...
So now that my car is running great, took it in for a alignment.....well whoever lowered it before I got it messed it up so bad that it cant be fixed. Does anyone know what the best camber kit is on the markett??
