Default no power

block is at tdc and cams are back to top and i even got some of my neighbors gfs nail polish and marked everything. tensioner is at 40lbs and it was throwing a knock sensor code that put me in limp mode but picked that up and put it in this morning before the timing.
heres the pics of the cams, its upside down cuz the power steering hose was in the way
also my all my wires have spark and im using ngk iridums
by the comp calculator i should be at 10.4-1 and safe to use the stock p72 right?
plugs are set as followed
34 4321
12

car runs but feels like timing is off somehow or its being ristricted by something. vtec engages but feels like the car is being powered by a crx hf motor. heres a video, and no its not because im out of gas, i put $12 in before the test drive and the guage didnt move. can anyone relate to this problem and be of some help. its a 94 gsr with b16a block, 94 gsr head and p72 ecu. stock everything. im using a b16a timing belt, oil pump and water pump with gsr cams.

That was floored, [WOT]??? something is not right, that's for sure, RPMs come up way too slow, like you have a full load of pass. [big guys].

How is the fuel pressure?

yes, WOT from 1st to second 2nd lol
just me in the car and it feels like im pulling a motor home up a hill
i dont have a fuel pressure gauge or tester
i dont have a clue when the last time the filter was changed i probably shouldve changed it when i did the swap
but wouldnt a dirty or clogged filter make the car stutter or want to stall?

Not necessarily, depends on how "clogged" it is.

You can pick up a fuel pressure gauge for under $20, $30 will get you a B&M FPG, [it is what I have on my 94 Teg].

Change your fuel filter, even if it is not the problem, it needs to be changed about every 60K miles or 48 months WCF, and definitely after a build or swap. 94
