3rd gen prelude? where is it?

 

On 3rd gen (like mine), look on the passenger side, near the "bump",
about where your toes would be if you were sitting (legs extended)
in the passenger seat, legs extended. Look for a small flap (2"x1")
that will "fold" downward.

With your key "on", you can read the ECU code.
