my srs light stays on....there wasnt any sensors in the front which has got to be the problem, i was wondering if there was any way of getting it to stay off short of getting some sensors...any help is appreciated

last sentence from that post "If the light stays on like it was previously then repeat the proccess. If it still stays on then there is something broken / disconnected in your SRS system." tried the reset....like i said when i bought the car it had no sensors in the front SOMETHING IS BROKEN/DISCONNECTED IN MY SRS SYSTEM....any other way of gettin it to go off

 

I'm not absolutely sure for the 93 Civic, but if you jump the service connector, the SRS light may blink trouble codes. The codes would help you pinpoint the problem.

 

i know what the problem is there are no sensors in the front of the car......the reset or trouble codes will not help....whoever had this car before me cut out the airbag sensors.....can i just take the gauge housing apart and remove the light?

 

Does Nevada have state car inspections or emissions tests that you must pass?

 

no inspections/emissions, thats y im not worried about the sensors the light is damn annoying tho

 

You can remove the SRS light bulb from the cluster.
