Icon2 Sputtering Turbo GSR

Scenario: I burned a basemap for a turbo gsr with 650cc DSM injectors/ stock map sensor running 10lbs of boost. Like I always do I follow the Crome Startup guide by Xenocron. The car idles perfect but when he tries to drive it, it sputters.

I looked over the basemap and called my brother in law who is a good tuner on Crome and Neptune. Talked it over with him and concluded that if the car is idleing fine then the basemap should be fairly close and it's just a matter of tuning now. The dude has no wideband and as always I won't make any fuel adjustments without it and tell them never to drive it without a tune/wideband installed especially on a FI motor.

I set the fuel offset to 45 and divided it by 100 which equals .45. Added that to each Injector battery offset like stated on the Crome guide.

Just curious if it's a bad basemap or is it now just a matter of getting the car tuned. The guy planned to drive it down to Portland which is a 6 hour drive from here.

I started fresh with a p30 base and p72 fuel/ignition maps.

I was wondering the same thing. That's what I got from following the Crome guide. I'll be starting a new one just to compare.

Alright I decided to start from scratch. For the one above I used a p30basemap with p72 maps that I made awhile back. So just to make sure I started from scratch this time. Everything looks better and smoother.
