Default Fellow luders - help me choose...

OK, heres the deal. My friend is getting me a mod for my car. I have it narrowed down to an Iceman intake, or ST anti-roll bars (both front and rear). If you ask me why I have such a generous friend, I got him a set of strut tower bars for his svt contour last x-mas and he still owes me. Right now, I'm leaning towards the anti roll bars because I already have a set of strut bars ordered (if spoon ever get around to making them ), so I want to see how stiff I can get my chassis to be before I upgrade spring and shocks (those will be pretty far down the line). SO there it is, what do you guys think? Any other suggestions in the $200 range, let me know

I need friends like that, lol...That's a tough one, because I love pushing the limits of my Prelude's handling, but at the same time, the cai sounds really damn good and you pick up some small ponies on the way. I say get the anti-roll bars

I'm going to have to agree with that one....of course that's because I've already got the CAI...but I just drove in my friends ITR and his suspension is stiff...from what I understand he has front and rear struts, tie's and anti-sway, and that car handles beautifully. After drving a car with that tight of suspension, my vote is also on anything that prevents the body roll. Pick up the CAI some other day, but do make it a point to get a CAI too....Who knows, maybe your friend will be extra nice and buy both...milk it for all it's worth

i doubt he'll get me both. what I really want is a nice set of tires. but since winter is coming I figure I'll save myself the hassle of getting performance tires for two months and then having to put the all seasons back on. But I guess you guys are right, does anyone know where i can get ST anti-roll bars for a good price.

I'd get the CAI and save up for just the rear sway bar. Overstear is fun.

Get a rear anti-swal and a CAI....you don't need the front one and you'll get the best of both worlds, like hermaphroditic ****

Bwahaha, never heard of hermaphroditic **** yet. I was thinking of just getting the rear, but since the atts helps eliminate alot of understeer I thought both would be good.

BTW, does anyone know the diameters of the ST units?

for 92-96 front= 1 1/8" & rear=1"
for 97-01 front and rear are both 1"

this is for ST sway bars

Hmm, 1in is 25.4mm, the stock front one 25.4mm and back is 23mm, so is it really worth getting the front one? Alot of people tell me no, but some others say it makes a big diference? Is the material any stiffer?
