you do know what JDM means, correct? This may get pretty arduous for you if you don't get that terminology right. Don't know if DSMtuners has done some misclassification lately, but you need to read those FAQ "stickies" at the top of the forum before going any further.

JDM = Japanese Domestic Market
DSM= Diamond Star Motors

I know what it means, Japanese parts etc, it dose not mean Japanese Domestic Motors

I am classifying in this case a JDM as a honda it comes from Japan , its their market , or you like me to say " getting out of the DSM , and going to get a USDM Honda would that be more to YOUR liking?

No. As you can see, you're getting clowned because of your unwillingness to understand the community. That's like being a caucasian suburbanite and going to the most urban neighborhood club and calling everyone the "N"-word; sure, you'll get noticed, but you'll get noticed for the wrong reason, and the last thing that will happen is you being taken seriously by anybody.

People here are sensitive to nomenclature because we all take it seriously. (sometimes, too seriously)
For every dedicated person wanting to know more about the Honda community, there are literally hundreds of yahoos per day that start becoming immature, ignorant, or just plain silly trying to get a rise out of people in the forum.

So we're sensitive... Get over it, and start figuring out how this stuff works from real people who care. Or go to Honda-Acura.net or B20Vtec.com. Maybe they'll put up with your use of 'JDM'.

Just saying its going to happen before you get any worthy responses. Just say Honda Scene or something to that effect, and don't try so hard. That way, you'll get serious responses.

Can't say I didn't warn you. ;-)

Well just for you would you like me to make a new post and change it to USDM Honda? Because it seems 3 little letters are really tearing you up in side and making a big deal out of nothing. Also my unwillingness to understand community? , i didn't come in here stating i know everything, telling people what to do etc etc. And what does that club statement have to do with anything. I am not trying to get noticed I asked a simply question *what would you do*

You just have issues , but as I stated I will leave this topic start a new one with the correct terminology sense you are so mind set on those 3 words

Its not tearing him or anyone else up inside, you flat out sound like a stupid ricer.

Anyway, why couldnt you simply of said I want to build a Civic or a CRX, I am interested in boosting it... how hard would that of been? You know damn well what you said was retarded, and your first post wasnt the time or place for jokes, and you got retarded responses as a result.

Can you clarify what a "garrett 42" is?

Go back and read what the shodan said... he was trying to help you. By the way the shodan is one of the most respected members on this site when it comes to turbos, everytime i make a thread in this sub forum I pray that he will find it in his wisdom to grace my post...

but I'll try to bring it down to terms you can understand (no offence)...

1) People on this forum take things very literaly.
2) So when you say JDM your talking about a car from Japan to be driven in Japan. PERIOD.
3) Re-Read step 1.
4) Even cars that were built as USDM cars but built in Japan are not JDM.
5) People will harass you untill you get the language correct due to step 1.
6) Re-Read step 1.
7) Re-Word your question using correct launguage.
8) Don't get worked up, it's the internet...
