Default 99 Si salve cylinder fell apart, help!

I'm removing the transmission on my 99 Si in order to replace the clutch. When I was removing the slave cylinder, the plunger/boot fell off from the slave cylinder. Is this normal or should I replace the slave cylinder?

Thanks.

Cram that bastard back together and bolt it back to the trans You'll know if you need to replace it soon.

some fluid came out, but not much. The car has 130k miles, so im sure it's the oem unit. If it's not expensive, I might just replace it now. I recently replaced the master cylinder as well.
