everytime i like make a shift or let go of my gas pedal my shifter bounces and hits something on the bottom. i looked at it and it seems like the metal piece that goes between the bushing is hitting but idk how to stop it?? should i replace the bushing. and pictures would help alot to see if mine looks normal. Thanks.

yess its stock exhaust and stock shifter. im pretty sure its the stablaizer bushing but idk why if its loose or just worn out. i can see where its hitting but idk why? its that metal stick that pokes thru the bushing thats hitting. i just dont know why?
