How do you lower your car without sacrificing ride quality?
What kit, spring/strut combo could you use? I'm looking for a mild drop but I do NOT want it to be uncomfortable. My car now has koni yellows and gc's (450f/400r). And it's a nightmare around town. I want my next car to look good but ride nice. Any ideas?
Keep the Koni's, raise the car up some and/or get a softer spring. If you don't care about adjustability, get a set of quality lowering springs, like Eibach or H&R. They will be MUCH more comfortable than GC's.
I kept my ride slammed and I take a longer route to work but it's alot smoother and as far as driveways and speed bumps I go around and try to find a better exit but sometimes you just gotta go into battle with those bad boys. . .
I agree with solbrothers..
That or you can try and find drop forks, and pro arms form ST.

I went through the exact same scenario as you back in 2005 - I had Koni/GC with 380/450 rates and a 100 mile commute. Sucked. So I did the above and have been riding this way nearly 6 years now. It rides a touch stiffer than stock due to the stiffer rear ITR springs, but nowhere near the harshness of stiff@$$ coilover springs.
