Default What rods are these?

Please help me identify the brand. I know 100% that they are forged LS rods. Just don't know what brand they are. My friend took them out of his LS/Vtec build. I seem to think they are SCAT.

Please help.

Yeah. They are stamped on the side of the big end. I think Eagle rods or stamped on the flat surface between the small and big end.

The pictures of the Eagle rods I'm seeing do not have as smooth of a fillet by the big and small ends where it tapers down to the thickness of the rest of the rod. Also Eagle rods don't have the notch in the metal around the big end that the picture of the Scat and your "unknown" rods do. The used Eagle rods I pulled out of a GSR still had Eagle printed on the side.

Also, the Scat rods I'm seeing say Scat on the ARP bolts. I'd say these look more like the Scat rods than Eagle.

Some rods have a number or such stamped on the side where the cap bolts to the rest of the rod. Maybe if you posted a picture you could identify them easier.

There are a number of companies who make rods. Eagle, Scat, Crower, and a few others. I've only handled Eagle rods.

Here is where the serial # is stamped on the side of the big end.

I am going to call SCAT on Monday to see what they say. I am 99% sure they are SCAT.
