Well, if the rebuild is from a decent shop or person...the body doesn't look too bad. As long as the wiring looks good to you from the engine reinstall I don't think it is a bad deal. If the wiring looks like rats had a party then I might worry a bit. Wiring problems suck.

What a waste of money thats the basterd child of honda... Just buy a 91 civic they go for 600 bucks and swap a motor thats worth something into it
