Default Confirmation of tranny oil leak. Quick question

I've been leaking small amounts of tranny fluid on my driveway recently and wanted to confirm a few things with you guys. After some research I found that the axle seals are the most common to leak, so I am going to tackle those first.

Now, are there any other areas of concern? Are there other seals that also leak? The drops or drop mainly ads up on the middle of the tranny housing. BTW, Its a 96 LX 4cyl auto with 220k

Axle Seals, Two Drain Bolts, and finally The Transmission Seal.

Transmission Seal does sound like the one, based on what you've said. Good Luck.
