i have been trying to figure out y my civic idles so low.it has the msd coil connected to it.its putting out between 13-14 volts.today wen i was driving it got worse.it turns off n every stop and feels like it struggle to take off.i dont know f its a fuel problem of electrical.

ignition coil good? check spark, white spark is weak spark, blue spark is good
