Head gaskets and head bolts

Have a new head gasket, coolant, and ready to install new head gasket. How important is it to replace head bolts with new head gasket install? Only a one time use for head bolts?

with the high torque on head bolts, they stretch and u stress the threads. so yes, one time deal for head bolts.
