Ok so I am going to do a dc2 swap into my 90 civic. Do I also need to get the part that goes around the radio and climate controls (upper bezel) I think that is what it is called. Or do I use the stock one that came with the civic?

Yeah, it should be a fairly straight forward install bro. I did the same thing, just added a couple of self tap screws to secure the console.
