Default Scratch on the deck of short block

There is a gsr short block I wanna buy but is has a minor scratch on the deck will this affect the head from sealing

heres the pic sorry i had to get one. and heres whats on the block, i have an ls/vtec turbo setup but the ls done. and this block is less than 700. im goin to turbo it as well unless its a bad idea.....thanks

JDM B18C Short Block.

Block features JDM P73 Pistons .20" over - Top Line PA H-18V

ARP Connecting Rod-bolts part # 208-6401

ARP Main Studs Part # 208-4303

ACL Main and rod bearings installed

B18C crank has been micro-polished
Block has been Decked
Block was bored .20" with Torque plate installed

doesn't look too deep and only thing that would leak is coolant. No oil to coolant mixture there.

*what I would do* - run some fine paper over it to take off the ridge and put a tiny amount of honda bond between the water jacket and the bolt hole

Buy it and have it re decked which doesn cost much to begin with and that's all the insurance u need. There's little markers on the side that machinist go by before decking a block u can deck a block more than once but there is a limit.
