Default 90 dx crx...auto-> manual

what am i forgetting before i start.....and will this all work. using 5-speed tranny from 89-91...89 Si clutch, flywheel. 89 dx shift linkage, shifter, pedal cluster, pedals, clutch cable, mounting bracket for the shift linkage that holds the shifter(89 dx) ecu from 88 dx manual tranny.....

and i was wondering if i can just take apart the center peice in car...take apart the auto set-up and put in the 5-speed boot. will it just mount up in there as if it were made for it. or do i need to get a whole center peice from a 90-91 manual tranny? thanks everybody...

this is some kids car that i am going to try and make a 5-speed. haven't found a tranny yet, but using the rest of the parts from my wrecked crx parts car. and if i am suppling all the parts except the tranny...and doing all the work, what do you think would be a fair price to charge?

and i have changed out all of these parts before on my car sevral times, so i know i can do it right.

i dont know what you should charge, but about the center peice, take out the aut shifter and the cable, the shifter will go through the same hold, you might have to drill 2 holes to hold up the stabalizer bar, its pretty straightfoward, make sure you find something to block off the front hole where the auto cable used to go, or you'll feel the exhaust heat come up through the shiftboot.
