I never understood why people ask what they should set their adjustable shocks to. Set them to whatever feels comfortable to you. Sometimes I run my Koni shocks toward the stiff end, then I get tired of it and bring it back down softer. Then later I might turn them up again.

There's no set "your shocks should be set this way" setting.

well i was reading of peoples shocks not lasting that long because they didnt have them set right thats why i asked before i even put them on my car. maybe it's just the poor tokico quality ive also heard about idk. so what would be a good setting for how low i want my car? can i get a simple answer?

Pretty sure the second post answers your question pretty directly and simple.. Most likely reason the shocks don't last is cause their bottoming out all the time
best thing to do is set it on the most stiff setting and if its to harsh soften it up.. Theres no "right" setting its adjustable for a reason if you don't like it you can change it
