Honda Civic Driving Issues
I have a Honda Civic Coupe, 2006 ... recently I hit a huge pot hole. After the incident my car pulls to the right and there is vibration on the right tire. I have to go to get an alignment, I know.
My real concern is that the car is having issues driving. As in; it jerks when it shifts gears (its Auto Tran.) and its having difficulty accelerating. This all happened a couple of days after the pothole incident, I believe 3 days later.
I did go to a gas station that I never been to before, to fill up my tank right before the car started driving funny. Can the gas be the cause of my car not being able to drive normal.
Also, I'm at 50,000 miles and think I'm due for a Trans Fluid change.
I'm really concerned about my car. I posted this question/concern on another forum, and someone told me my suspension is messed up. I really hope that's not the case.

Have your alignment checked, it sounds like the pothole threw your front end alignment out of whack, the acceleration and shift problems might tie into that as well, with the shift timing and such being jarred by the shock. as for the gas issue, I am not sure.

I went to get my tires alligned this morning, and my car continues to jerk ... mostly at low speeds. I drove on the expressway and it was fine. But on regular roads it has trouble accelarating, and the car jerks when gears shift.
What should I do now? Check throttle? change transmission fluid?
