Default Massive vibration at the top of 3rd gear

Ive done some research, cant find an answer.

while at the track: (1/8th mile)

launching no problem
2nd gear no problem
half way through 3rd, entire front end vibrates horribly.
shifting into 4th, vibration continues, rpm's are bouncing off rev limiter.

car is on slicks, really doubt its wheel hopping or spinning at 80mph.
stage 5 comp clutch. disc replaced less than 5k miles ago.

If you have any experience with this issue, please help.

Thank you

EDIT: Did some reading and seen something interesting. I believe that my throwout bearing was going out a while back. It used to make that chirping noise while the clutch was depressed. It does not make that noise any longer. Is this a possibility that could cause this vibration?
