I tried replacing my dome light bulb with a LED bulb and know the light will not turn off when the switch is turned to automatic and the doors are closed. The light works when switching manually from on and off. I checked the fuse and it is fine. Can anyone help me fix this problem? The car is a 2001 Honda Accord EX Sedan.

 

You need to explain or show with photos exactly how you wired this.

 

Your switch might be melted. I have had to firx my slide switch. Over time the heat from the bulb melt the plastic and messes with the switch.
