91 crx d15-vtec wont start help
i have a 91 crx si with a d15 v-tec that wont start. i bought it and drove it for a month or two and parked it and went out one day to start it and nothing, it has fuel, it has spark, it cranks, relay works, distributer is good, it has the stock ecu and stock wiring harness..... i think the harness maybe a hack job and a wire may be keeping it from start. any ideas???????
on those swaps then can do jumpers to run vtec and yes it worked when i drove it, i forget what ecu's i can try and test like off my buddies cars, idk if p08 or p28 work with the plugs i have

put a set of jumper cables from the - battery to the grounds on the thermostat housing if that doesnt work you could have a bad dizzy ive had some that would spark but just not enough spark
neither of those ecus will plug into your chassis harness unless you have an obd jumperr
when you checked for spark what color was the spark? i found that white spark is weak, a bluish color is what you want. u should jus need a obd0 single cam ecu out of a civic
well what does the engine block say? d15b? and yeah i guess you can rig shizz to work but why do ppl slaughter hondas like that?? the most idiotic retards try wiring engines and sensors themselves when they can probably barely change a tire ...sorry ive been looking for an eg lately and the ones i find are just hacked up crapboxes
yeah i agree im thinking about doing a swap and being done with it that way i just know everything thats done to it hahaha and its not a mystery
