Changing water pump and timing belt. Lined up cam marks, took timing belt and balancing belt off now noticed that crank mark isn't lined up. Not sure if I'm top dead center? What do I? Any ideas? Help is greatly Appreciated!

 

There's markings on the block to be able to position the crank TDC. If I'm not mistaken, where the key goes, you basicly line that up with the arrow

 

Thank you for your reply! Can I just put the timing belt back on and line it up TDC with out the balancing belt on. Then line up the balancer pulleys and put the balancer belt on?

 

throw the belt for the balance shafts away...dont need it!

the balancer belt isn't really needed. I don't have one on either of my motors
