Default Bypassing alarm in an accord?

my alarm went off on my accord and it wont turn off with the remote..so now its stuck on my driveway..i had to disconnect the negative cable on my battery..the alarm is an aftermarket alarm that we got from the dealer when we bought the car in 95..it says MAT on the remote..is there a way i can turn off the alarm completely? like bypass it whatever...? i hope u guys understand what im trying to say.....thanks guys..

Stick your head underneath the drivers side dashboard and see if you can spot the alarm system control unit... If you see it, then unplug the main connector and see if the car starts... If it starts, you succesfully bypassed the alarm... If not, plug that connector back in and take the car to someone who can manually remove the alarm system from your car...

thanks mann ill try that if it works ..but the thing is..the alarm is on..so my car wont start....damn this ****..

Bypass the starter kill relay...should be a relay on the Black wire w/ white stripe coming from the steering column. Reconnect the spliced factory wire.
