Anyone see the huge line of imports sitting out in front of the Tacoma mall today? i saw a ton stopped on that road out in front of the mall between it and the freeway. Just curious as to if there was some kind of forum meet goin on or what.

 

me too. i see them all the time down there. usually during summer. they meet at the krispy kreme usually friday and saturday nights. then go down the the kent races.

 

no this was in the middle of the day.. like 1pm and they werent at krispy kreams.. there was like 20-30 cars all lined up and stopped in one of the lanes on that street that goes by the krispy kreams there. saw evos, audis, accords, some hatches, 350z's, a little bit of everythign really

 

Yeah.. I was in that line.. a white db7.. I was a pre-meet/drive before the big met in kent and drive.. we were waiting for everyone to get out of the parking lot, (keeping a group that size together during Saturday. Afternoon traffic was a joke lol) anyways, we creeped thru downtown and ended up doing the five mile drive, then we all took off to acme bowling in tukwilla untill the kent met.. I didn't stay beyond the acme bowling, I had a cranky 3 yr old with me.. anyways, I dunno the guy personally but the kent meet and drive was in the rememberence of someone that died in a car accident. So yeah, that's what you saw there in tacoma on the 19th..

 

ahhh ok.. cool. i wish i woulda known about it,, i woulda went out. I think i might know who your talking about, the guy who died.

 

i know they meet up on friday and head out to the races,
been there once,
alot of em are idiots/ricers that try to show off thier weak singles.
try to street race and f;up crap.

 

I'm sure people do meet up there on the weekends to go out and play.. but that wasn't at all what we were there to do.. it was a good intentions social event.. we had our familys.. so yeah

 

probably would have been cool to be there,
to bad i cant find a car for ****.
