My last turbo kit to build.
I have no more time for building turbo manifolds, or kits so I am letting this one be my big bang finish.
5.4L Built Lincoln Navigator DOHC Mod motor
Twin Billet t4 76mm Precision Turbos
BMC Front Mount Turbo manifolds
BMC 2000hp air/air intercooler (core dimensions, 27" long x 6" thick x 6" tall)
BMC Mod Motor Intake manifold (not finished yet)
BMC downpipes, dumptubes, charge pipes, etc.






I will update this post as I finish the car up. The car has to be on ship to go to the Virgin Islands before this month is up!

Don't worry Intake manifolds are my babies and I will be building them for many years to come

working late on a Saturday.
8:30 pm and I am not leaving until the intake is 100%


Cutting the front plate, welding the tb flange. Then the top cap. Drill injector bung locations, weld bungs, debur and port smooth then last but not least, mill head flanges flat, debur and clean 1 final time.
More pics will be up as the car gets finished up tomorrow. The car has to be out of shop on the 28th!

I would like to make an apology to all my Honda boys. This car has been kicking my butt. Every part on it is custom. As soon as this car leaves the shop I am back on my Honda Intake Manifolds like flies on sheiat!

Well it is 10:50pm I am going home. (My machinist has left so I can't do much more)
All the intake lacks is the injector bungs and head flange surfacing.
Car should be 100% tomorrow. Some slick pictures will be up for sure!






MSG is the customers Initials and ENFORCER is what he calls his car
This manifold has roughly 12 liters of usable plenum volume. The engine is built to rev to 9500rpm. It should make for one scary best!
