Being able to adjust the windows with the key out before you open the door is normal. Never come across the cabin heater fan issue though.

When you open the door does the fan shut off?

The blower motor relay is the middle relay of the three in the under dash fuse/relay box. Located behind the drivers kick panel, just to the right of the foot pedals.

ok so i pulled that relay out and the blower shut off obviously but the circulation light stayed on and so did the vent light. i tapped the relay a little bit and put it back it and did the same thing. so ill get a new relay tomorrow and try that. is there like a main a/c relay or anything like that?

What is V-TECH?

If you want to know about the F22B2 to F22B1 VTEC swap you could check the FAQ's.

The F22B1 engine is a direct swap if you stick to the 94-95 year (VTEC) engines. Your transmission will work. However, You will need to add the wires for the VTEC or if you don't feel like messing with wires. You could buy a 94-95 Accord Ex engine wire harness. You will also need to buy a VTEC P0A ECU from a 94-95 Accord EX. Without that VTEC won't work properly.

FYI, next time you should just start your own thread to ask your questions. This one has nothing to do with VTEC swaps.

I'm guessing that you fond this thread by doing a search for V-TECH right...lol
