Default OBD2b Integra w/obd1 ECU and jumper harness

Ok heres the situation.

When i put a chipped obd1 ecu and jumper harness in my Teg its goes into limp mode and wont rev past 2500.

I swap chips and it runs fine. I swap back to the original obd2b ecu and its fine.

So i take the first chip put it back in the ecu and run it on a obd1 car and it runs fine just high idle, but it revs way past 2500.

My question is there a wire I need to switch around? I know obd2b civics need to swap IACV wires, but Integras should be plug and play right?

also will i need to switch to a obd1 dizzy?

You don't need to switch anything. It's a direct plug and play.
You also do not need an obd1 distributor.

What motor is this? and what basemap are you using?

The question is there even a CEL visible? If so in which car does the CEL come up in.

The thing is you don't even have a JDM ecu so code 36 shouldn't even be there. Where did you buy the conversion harness?

It's the code base he's using that will present code 36. It has nothing to do with the ECU.
