Ok heres the situation.
When i put a chipped obd1 ecu and jumper harness in my Teg its goes into limp mode and wont rev past 2500.
I swap chips and it runs fine. I swap back to the original obd2b ecu and its fine.
So i take the first chip put it back in the ecu and run it on a obd1 car and it runs fine just high idle, but it revs way past 2500.
My question is there a wire I need to switch around? I know obd2b civics need to swap IACV wires, but Integras should be plug and play right?
also will i need to switch to a obd1 dizzy?

You don't need to switch anything. It's a direct plug and play.
You also do not need an obd1 distributor.
What motor is this? and what basemap are you using?
