2008 cr-v HID bulb question

I'm looking to get some hid's for my 2008 cr-v..

can you guys help me out with which bulb size i need and a good reputable place to order from..

Do a retrofit if you want brighter lights

both can be blinding..

8000k so you won't be too bright or too dark.
Forget about reputable sources when it comes to HID's.
Now a days everyone carries the Chinese made eBay kits.
