Default will 225/40/18 with 48+ offset rub?

I'm about to order rims and was wondering if it will rub if i go with 225/40/18 with an offset of 48+. Or should I go with 215/40/18 instead? My car is lowered with Tein SS. Any info would be appreciated.

Please dont post incorrect information. 225/35 will not rub(even with drop). Some people have tried 225/40, some rub some dont, depends on offset. Go with 35 series to be safe.

How wide are the wheels?

I probably won't rub unless you have 2 people in the back seats. Like everyone else said go with 215/40 or 225/35 and you won't have a problem.

I can tell you this setup will rub i hav a subzero +48 offset running 225/40/18 on parada spec 2 and it rub with eibach (prokit i think, the one lower about 1.3") After i have roll the fender ghetto style using a baseball bat it was okay with 2 people sitting in the rear so do it if you like the big rims look style. Don't worry about what people said its your car.
