So last fall I was driving my integra and I got on it and when I let off the gas and came to a stop at the stop sign it was dead. My first thought was I jumped a tooth on my timing belt. I just replaced that and still it wont start. I have fuel but I am unsure of spark. I only saw it spark once when it was rolling over for about 10 sec. Im thinking it should spark more than that? Also it sparked right when the key was let off. Is there any way to check the dizzy? I have already replaced the main relay in the car about 6 years ago. Any info would be great. Thanks for the help in advance

 

also it has an external MSD coil it that makes any difference... What kind of voltage should i be getting out of that?
