Default 93 del sol si burning oil.

Yes i know there is 5 million threads on this but i wanna explain my sitution excatly to get a good response on it.

i have a d16z6 with 175,000 on it and i notice smoke coming out when i rev passed 5k or hit vtec it isnt much but i can see it and smell it when i hit it. not sure how much its burning just know it is. but when just driving around and cruising threw town it doesnt burn any and no smoke or smell.

Is it most likley valve seals and guides? just checking what ppl have to say about it.

if you get to the stop light, you stop and when you go and you see cloud of blue smoke? = valve seals. If you wanna pass some one and you rev high and you see BLUE not black, blue smoke = piston rings.
