99 civic dx blower motor issue

i have a 99 civic hatch dx, the issue im having is my blower only works on high and one step down from high, i replaced the transister and it still didnt work, any thoughts or advice would be helpful

(i have done research and came up with nothing )

Could also be the blower motor speed switch.

it was a loose wire behind the switch all fixed thanks tho
