I have a 98 accord ex 2.3. the engine died on me. it restarted momentarily to get off the road, but nothing after that. The CEL is on, codes p1362, and p1382 no signals. fuel presuure is good, no spark. Have replaced the distributor, crank and TDC sensors, and timing belt while i was in there. Still no run. Ohm readings are good on the sensors all the way to the ecm. connections clean. but still no spark.

The one thing I noticed when the engine was chugging before it died, was that the green key was flashing on the gauge panel. I know this is the key code signal, but from the diagrams i read , this only effects fual pump operation. We have good fuel pressure and the pump is running.

Anyone kwow of anything else that could be helpful?
