Sounds cool to me...something no one has thought of doing, and if its done properly, thats the reason it won best of show...

Sounds like a cool show car concept to me...after all, thats what it is...

 

I actually know the kid who owns it. He's a nice guy, but it's still a Cavalier so no props can be given. Plus two things I can say that prove this car is nothing special is 1) It's a trailor queen and never driven, and 2) His Dad paid for everything (over $100,000 invested in that car) Why do that all to a Cav?, I don't know, I'd rather have a decked out Skyline for that kind of money.

 

His father must be a Chevy fanatic and wouldn't let him buy anything else. So he bought a cavalier and made it into a Silvia. That's my theory.
